Refund Policy

• Refund Terms of each course will be included in your contract
• Typical refunds as follows
• Swim Lessons: 72+ hour notice - full refund / less than 72 hours -1/2 refund / less than 48 hours no refund / after start date - pro-rated, etc.
• CPR and First Aid courses: 72+ hour notice - full / less than 72 hours - half  / start date - no refund
• Aquatic Certification courses: 1 week notice - full  / less than 72 hours - half / less than 48 hour notice - no refund

Photo Policy

You may take photos of your instructor and/or you or your child. You may NOT take pictures of any other persons than already stated or this will result in immediate termination of your contract forfeiting any fees paid and will restrict your ability to take additional courses with this organization
